What Is 3D Body Scanning?
A bathroom scale gives you one number, and that number moves with water, salt, and muscle as much as with fat. Styku 3D body scanning shows what is actually changing. In about 35 seconds it measures your waist, hips, thighs, and chest, estimates your body composition, and builds a 3D model of your shape that you can compare scan to scan.

Styku is a 3D body scanner. You stand on a turntable for about 35 seconds while infrared sensors capture your shape. The scan produces a 3D model of your body along with circumference measurements and an estimate of your body fat percentage.
What does the scan measure?
Circumferences such as waist, hips, thighs, and chest, your overall body shape in 3D, and an estimated body composition. Comparing scans over time shows where your inches are changing.
How accurate is a 3D body scan?
Circumference measurements are consistent because the scanner measures the same way every time, which takes the guesswork out of a tape measure. Body fat percentage from any scanner is an estimate, so the real value is in comparing your own scans on the same scanner over time rather than in any single number.
Is the scan safe?
Yes. The scanner uses harmless infrared light, similar to the sensors in everyday cameras. There is no radiation and nothing touches you.
What should I wear?
Form-fitting clothing gives the scanner the clearest outline. We will tell you what works best when you book.
How often should I get scanned?
Your provider recommends checkpoints based on your program, usually at the start and then at regular intervals, so each scan shows a meaningful change.
