  • Prize: $200 in Body Trim Bucks
  • Entry period: from the time the giveaway post goes live through October 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time
  • Winner drawn: on or about November 3, 2026
  • How to enter: follow Body Trim on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, then comment the word "healthy" on the giveaway post. You can enter once on each platform.

The rules below apply to every Body Trim monthly giveaway. Each month's prize and dates are listed in this section.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by GHIA LLC, doing business as Body Trim Weight Loss Clinic ("Body Trim"), 1448 W Hill Rd, Suite 1, Flint, MI 48507, (810) 600-6306.

2. Not affiliated with any social platform

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) or TikTok. By entering, you release Meta and TikTok from any liability connected with this giveaway. Send questions about the giveaway to Body Trim, not to those platforms.

3. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of Michigan who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Body Trim, their immediate family members, and people living in their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. How to enter

During the entry period, on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok:

  1. Follow Body Trim's official account on that platform.
  2. Comment the word "healthy" on the giveaway post on that same platform.

You may enter once per platform per giveaway, for a maximum of three entries: one on Facebook, one on Instagram, and one on TikTok. More than one comment on the same platform does not earn extra entries. Sharing the post and tagging other people are not required and do not earn extra entries. Entries made with bots, scripts, or fake or multiple accounts are void.

5. Choosing the winner

One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok combined, on or about the draw date. Each person can win only once per giveaway. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Notifying the winner

Body Trim will contact the winner by direct message from its official account on the platform where they entered. The winner must reply within 14 days and may be asked to confirm their name, age, and Michigan residency. If the winner does not reply in time, is not eligible, or cannot accept the prize, Body Trim may choose an alternate winner at random.

Watch out for impersonators. Body Trim will never ask you to pay a fee, share a card or bank account number, or click an outside link to claim a prize. A message like that is not from us. Please report it to the platform.

7. The prize

One winner receives $200 in Body Trim Bucks, a credit toward services at Body Trim Weight Loss Clinic. Approximate retail value: $200.

  • Use it all at once or across several visits.
  • Body Trim Bucks have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or resold.
  • Body Trim Bucks expire 12 months after they are issued.
  • All services require a consultation with, and approval by, a Body Trim provider. Winning does not guarantee eligibility for any particular treatment.
  • The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

The prize cannot be substituted, except that Body Trim may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Announcing the winner

With the winner's permission, Body Trim may share the winner's first name and last initial on its social media accounts. Body Trim will never share any health information about the winner.

9. Your information

Information you give us to enter or to claim the prize is used only to run this giveaway and is handled under our Privacy Policy. Your comment is public on the platform where you post it.

10. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Body Trim's decisions, which are final. Body Trim may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. Body Trim may cancel, pause, or change a giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or other causes outside its control affect it. Body Trim is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, or not received because of technical problems or platform actions, including comments a platform hides or removes.

11. Governing law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
